League Games
Tickets will be available six weeks
in advance of the game to members only. General sale
will usually be one week prior to a match, except for
high-profile matches when details will be advertised.
Match tickets are only available by telephone up until
three hours before kick-off.
Home
Cup-Ties
All season ticket holders will have
their seats reserved for cup games - the club will announce a deadline date for
season ticket holders to pay for their seats. Season
ticket holders who have registered with the clubs Home
Cup Scheme will not need to apply. After the deadline
date, seats will go on sale to members before being
released for general sale.

Online Ticket System
Season ticket holders and members can by home match
tickets using the online ticket ordering facility.
Membership
Only members will have the right to buy
individual match tickets before the day of the game.
Only members will be able to buy their tickets over the
internet.
Members will receive a card to show their membership
status and membership number.
A payment of £10 adults, £5 juniors is required to
cover your seasonal subscription.
Season
ticket holders automatically qualify for membership.

Self-Service Ticket Kiosks
West Bromwich Albion now have
two self-service ticket collection kiosks up and running
at the East Stand box office. The kiosks will allow
supporters to collect their pre-paid tickets for home
games without having to queue with supporters who have
yet to buy their seats. Any home tickets purchased over
the internet or by telephone can be collected in this way.
All fans need to do is insert the credit/debit card they
used to purchase the tickets into the kiosk and their ticket(s) will be printed instantly. Only the actual
card they used to pay for the tickets will be accepted.

programme and via the official West Bromwich Albion
website. Tickets are sold in the following order of
priority:
1, Away
Season Ticket Holders and Premier Shareholders 2, Home
Season Ticket Holders and Ordinary Shareholders 3, Members
